Classe 1989, orgoglioso delle sue origini San Speratine, papà di tre splendidi bambini, il nostro chef Simone Spiga sin da giovanissimo ha lavorato con determinazione e passione nel settore della ristorazione. Ha fatto gavetta in rinomati ristoranti in città e all'estero, per poi arrivare nelle nostre cucine come executive-chef, divenendo un vero e proprio padrone di casa
